Dr. McNeill serves as the Executive Director of Human Nutrition Research for the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association (NCBA).  In her position with NCBA, Dr. McNeill directs the national human nutrition research program for the Beef Checkoff Program.   The webinar was originally delivered on August 10, 2015.
