Hello everyone!  My name is Alexandria Ramirez, and I was born and raised in Hollister, California, a small town in the Central Coast region. I am currently a junior at California State University, Chico majoring in Agricultural Communication & Leadership and double minoring in Agricultural Business and Journalism/Public Relations. For the last two years, I have worked at the Meats Lab at the Chico State University farm where I was introduced to the Meat Science industry and my passion has grown from there. I am thrilled to be working with the American Meat Science Association team this summer and look forward to meeting everyone at the Reciprocal Meat Conference in June!
