2021 RMC Health and Safety

AMSA 2021 RMC COVID Information - State of Nevada Guidelines:

AMSA has been notified by the Grand Sierra that the Governor of Nevada is going to reinstate the mask mandate, regardless of vaccination status, starting this Friday, July 30 at 12:00 p.m. for all indoor events. At this time this is the only update that AMSA has received.  The health and safety of our RMC attendees is top of mind for AMSA and we will continue to monitor this closely.  AMSA will be following the State of Nevada restrictions and mandates for health safety at the time of the conference.

The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino will have temperature check stations throughout the lobby and casino to take guests temperatures when they check in and move throughout the space.  The Grand Sierra Resort and Casino will be completely sanitized prior to and throughout our event. AMSA will be doing a modified social distance seating arrangement so people will have an option for space. Hand sanitizing stations will also be available throughout the Grand Sierra Resort and Casino, Wolfpack Meats, Nevada Art Museum, and at Redfield Campus.
