Brian McFarlane has worked in the beef and pork industry for over 25 years. He started his career with IBP in 1996, then transitioned through Tyson with under the acquisition, and then relocated to Colorado with JBS in 2017, where he serves as the Head of Technical Services (VP of Food Safety and Quality Assurance). He is passionate about making safe food while maintaining employee safety and company efficiencies and profitability. Bringing new and innovative technologies to the meat industry is one of his goals.
