The Iron Chef event will have an amazing twist this year as we are launching our Inaugural Collegiate Barbecue Contest.  Iron Chef will be a smokin’ full day with a seasoning workshop, smoker demonstration, and Certified BBQ Judging Class.  All participants will have the opportunity to network with Pitmasters, industry professionals, and fellow AMSA members, learn about the Barbecue industry, and become a certified judge!
