AMSA Welcomes Two Summer Interns
“Hello, everyone! My name is Alexandria Ramirez, and I was born and raised in Hollister, California, a small town in the Central Coast region. I am a junior at California State University, Chico, majoring in Agricultural Communication & Leadership and double minoring in Agricultural Business and Journalism/Public Relations. For the last two years, I have worked at the Meats Lab at the Chico State University farm, where I was introduced to the Meat Science industry, and my passion has grown from there. I am thrilled to be working with the American Meat Science Association team this summer and look forward to meeting everyone at the Reciprocal Meat Conference in June!”
"Howdy y'all, my name is Bryce Hutson, and I am a junior Agricultural Media and Communications student at West Texas A&M University. I come from a small town outside of Lubbock, Texas, called Idalou, where I was heavily involved with FFA, 4-H, Livestock shows, and meat judging for seven years. I am currently on the 2023 WT Collegiate Meat Judging Team, and I am so excited to join the AMSA team for the 2023 Reciprocal Meat Conference this year!"
Please join us in welcoming these two outstanding interns!
