Dr. Jason Gill is an Assistant Professor is the Director and Dr. Matthew Taylor is a food safety microbiologist at Texas A&M University. This webinar will discuss some of the history and theory behind phage-based antimicrobial interventions and some of their current and future applications in beef production.
