Cheyenne McEndaffer works for the U.S. Meat Export Federation, based in Denver, CO, as the Technical Services Manager for the Western hemisphere, Russia and Surrounding Region, Europe, and sub-Saharan Africa.  This webinar covered access barriers related to animal health restrictions, as well as technical barriers relating to residues, use of pathogen reduction treatments (PRTs), and non-science based microbiological standards for imported food products going to foreign markets.
