Beyond Fresh Meats
The 2024 Beyond Fresh Meat (BFM) Short Course will be held at Tyson Food’s Discovery Center in Springdale, AR! Participants will get an in-depth, hands-on experience in the dinner sausage category. Students will also have the opportunity to broaden their technical skill set while gaining an understanding of what R&D food scientists do every day.
Tyson Foods is excited to be once again hosting the 6th Annual Beyond Fresh Meats Short Course in Springdale, AR. This year students will work with industry professionals and their academic peers learning about processed red meats. Students will receive hands on experience with these products at Tyson's state of the art pilot plant and test kitchen facilities. The course will run from March 8 - 10th, 2024.
