AMSA Committees and Task Forces
Much of the work of AMSA is done by volunteer members. There are a number of ongoing committees charged with developing annual meeting programs, overseeing symposia curriculum and working directly with the meat judging program. As the need arises, task forces are pulled together to address targeted concerns of the association.
Committee appointments are made throughout the year, depending on each committee. AMSA member are welcome to join committees that interest them at any time as space permits. To volunteer, send an email to information@meatscience.org and someone will be in touch to get you connected.
