ESFA-New Berlin has a 100+ year storied legacy and is known for credible science + incredible service in the fields of meat and cheese testing, packaged foods, beverages, ingredients, dietary supplements, OTC product testing, challenging environmental, biopharma and special investigations including packaging failure analysis. ESFA scientists are skilled, adept and experienced at the most challenging analysis and investigations including off-flavor/odor, flavor "scalping" investigations, trace contamination analysis, Foreign Material (FM) identification including LEGAL/Insurance Investigations + ingredient, finished product testing according to USP, EU Pharmacopeia, FCC, ACS, NF, AOAC compendia (“monographs”).
