 Presenters:

Chad Brillhart is the Assistant to the National Poultry Supervisor with USDA, responsible for aiding in the development and oversight of poultry standards including the quality grades for chicken, turkey, duck, goose, and rabbit.

Brett Strauss is the assistant to the grading branch chief with the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Livestock and Poultry (L&P), Quality Assessment Division (QAD).
