During this webinar the L&P Program gave an overview of egg standards and regulations, voluntary shell egg grading, as well as international egg marketing.

Mark Perigen Regional Director for the Western States with USDA’s Livestock and Poultry Program.

Jeff Hendricks currently serves as the National Shell Egg Supervisor for the USDA Livestock and Poultry Program.

Linnea Tracy is a Poultry Veterinarian and serves as the Director of Technical Services at Eggland’s Best, LLC.
