AMSA is proud to announce we are partnering with Meat Institute to produce and distribute the Meat Buyer’s Guide (MBG) from the Meat Institute, ensuring its continued availability and future enhancements. The 9th edition is available online! A fully updated Edition 10 set for release in late 2025.

For any orders that will be shipped outside of the United States, please contact AMSA Staff at information@meatscience.org before purchasing, so shipping and handling charges can be calculated.
Meat Buyer Guides are shipped once per week. Ordered are pulled at Noon CT on Thursday, and shipped out on Fridays. If you order after the deadline, they will be shipped the following week.
