The registration process will only allow you to pay with a credit card. Please click on the link above and select "register" for the 2020 Fall Judging Contests.
- You might be asked to login to your AMSA account if you need help with your username or password please email Rachel Adams.
- Select the contests you are registering for in the left hand column. If you have more than 8 students on your team, you will need to select the Individual Fee for each contest. Update the number of individuals in your Shopping Cart. For example, if you have a team of 10, you will purchase 2 Individual Fees per contest.
- After selecting your contest(s) proceed to check out. After selecting your address you will be asked to pay with a credit card.
- After confirming payment you will receive a confirmation email, this email is your receipt. If you need a different invoice please send an email to information@meatscience.org.
- If you need to be invoiced, please call Rachel Adams 1-800-517-AMSA ext. 14
IMCA Code of Conduct & Good Manufacturing Practices
Please note that all contestants in the Intercollegiate Meat Judging program are required to complete and adhere to the Intercollegiate Meat Coaches Association's code of conduct as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices. If you need a copy, please contact Rachel Adams.

Due to the situation surrounding COVID19, we will not be holding formal award banquets for 2020 fall contests. The awards will be streamed live on AMSA's Facebook page.
