2026 Spring Intercollegiate Meat Judging Registration

Registration Deadline: December 12, 2025; Contact Mya Alford for registration questions.

Contest Registration:

Registration is $40.00 per person, including all team members, alternates and coaches. Anyone attending the contest and/or banquet will need to be registered individually. Banquet Tickets for additional guests may be purchased separately and must be completed 2 weeks prior to the event. 

Teams registering past December 12th will be charged an additional late fee of $100 per contest registered.

 Cancellation Policy:

To be eligible for a refund of event registration fees, requests must be received in writing.  Registrants who cancel Meat Judging registrations prior to two weeks before the first contest will have their registration fees refunded less a $10 cancellation fee per individual.  Cancellations after the two-week point will not be refunded.

  • All students, and coaches are required to complete the meat judging forms online here.
  • Coaches/Coordinators please fill out the meat judging roster form here.
