Joanna Hardcastle, M.S.
Business and Membership Service Manager
Our Business and Member Services Manager will oversee the AMSA membership database and all member inquires, as well as assist in the planning of many AMSA activities and be the point of contact for some of our youth programs.
Joanna Hardcastle is a graduate of Colorado State University where she earned her B.S. in Agricultural Business Management in addition to a B.S. in Animal Science. She continued at CSU for a M.S. in Meat Science, and coached meat judging teams and a National Champion Quiz Bowl team. Previously, Joanna was in Research and Development at Tyson Foods, focused on food safety, dedicated to managing antimicrobial programs at poultry harvest facilities. She has been actively involved in student programs across organizations and is excited to join the AMSA to support the team and members! Joanna and her husband Nick live in Wichita, Kansas with their new puppy named Patrick.
