Michael Cropp is the Technical Service Manager for protein applications within the Kemin Food Technologies team. In his role, he advises on the application of functional proteins, antioxidants, and antimicrobials in meat product formulations. He is passionate about ingredient functionality and processing technologies for processed meat. Michael holds both Ph.D. and M.S. degrees in Meat Science from Iowa State University and a B.S. degree from Kansas State University.
