On September 1,2020 the National Pork Board launched Real Pork to celebrate pork and the producers who bring it to consumers' tables.

Kylee Deniz is the senior director of consumer marketing at the National Pork Board, headquartered in Des Moines, Iowa. As a marketing professional, Deniz provides strategic direction regarding Pork Checkoff consumer marketing efforts with the goal of increasing acceptance and purchase of pork products by consumers at retail and foodservice. She leads the consumer marketing team, champions National Pork Board cross-functional collaboration to ensure the organization’s marketing efforts are integrated and has oversight of all agency partners who work in the consumer marketing space. Before coming to work at the Pork Checkoff, Deniz spent three years as an Account Manager at Lessing-Flynn, an advertising agency in Des Moines. During her time at Lessing-Flynn, Deniz worked directly with the National Pork Board on multiple campaigns including #RealPigFarming. Prior to Lessing-Flynn, Deniz held positions at the Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center and Oklahoma State University.

Angie Krieger is the vice president of domestic marketing for the National Pork Board. She is responsible for strategic oversight of the NPB’s marketing efforts in the U.S., including both consumer and channel marketing. Since joining the Pork Checkoff in 2017, Krieger has been responsible for building relationships with all segments of the pork packing and processing community in order to ensure NPB’s product marketing, issues management, education, and research initiatives are aligned with packer and processor priorities. Krieger has also had oversight for relationships and activities with retail and foodservice channel partners, which are essential to keeping pork top of mind for U.S. consumers. Before joining the National Pork Board staff in 2017, Krieger was the director of animal welfare at JBS Live Pork. While there, she developed and administered a comprehensive animal welfare program crossing seven states. She also served as a liaison with the National Pork Board on Common Swine Industry Audit information, including participating in the Industry Audit Task Force.
