My name is Grace Bryson, and I am currently a sophomore studying Animal Science and Agricultural Communications at Oklahoma State University. I am from Labadie, Missouri. Meat judging has been extremely impactful to my college career thus far, and I can’t wait to pick the season back up in the fall. From the relationships I have made on my team and with other competitors to traveling all over, I know the memories that judging has given me are invaluable. The growth personally and professionally I have gained are skills that I will carry throughout my lifetime. After college, I hope to either attend graduate school or do communications work in the meat science industry. This scholarship will allow me to further pursue my goals of finishing out the 2023 meat judging season strong and look forward to my plans after undergrad.
