Banquet Details

  • Banquet Location and Address: West Texas A&M University
    • AMSA will be hosting an awards ceremony following the South Plains Intercollegiate Meat Judging Contest at West Texas A&M University.  The awards ceremony will begin at 6:30pm.  This event will be unlike traditional banquets.  We will be encouraging networking among teams and coaches.  The event will begin at 6:30pm with a brief welcome, invocation, and dinner.  The awards will announced upon completion of scoring.  The event will be more casual and expected attire will be jeans and polo/nice blouse (contest attire)

Registration

All banquet attendees beyond those registered for the contest MUST register to attend the banquet 2 weeks prior to the event.  If they need a special accommodation, please contact Leslie Frenzel to share their needs.  Banquet fees will be $25.00 per additional attendee.
