Dale Huffman, Ph.D.

Dale Huffman

A fundraising drive for establishing a mentorship in the name of Dale Huffman was started in November 2011. Dr. Huffman's long career at Auburn University is highlighted by numerous research contributions to meat science and a host of students now working in the meat industry.

The funds raised from the mentorship recognition will be used to support AMSA programs.

The fundraising goal for this mentorship is at least $15,000. If you would like to help recognize Dr. Huffman by contributing to the mentorship, please make a donation online.
