    Marination 101 - September 28-30, 2021

    This intensive hands-on lab/lecture-based workshop is for meat, poultry and fish processors and related businesses that are involved in value added and/or quality enhancement of muscle food products through marination. Industry and academia experts will conduct the informational sessions.

    AMSA Pork 101 - Iowa State University

    The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) is excited to announce that we have opened registration for the AMSA PORK 101 to take place at Iowa State University, November 8-10, 2021, in Ames, Iowa. PORK 101 is hosted by AMSA in cooperation with the National Pork Board and is sponsored by Merck Animal Health.
